Mindsets of a Do More Good Leader
By 2025, 70% of the American workforce will be Millennials and Gen Z—and one thing is certain—the majority desire to be part of something that’s bigger than themselves… a company that serves all of its stakeholders and not just the shareholder/owners.
In this session, Jay will share the 3 mindsets of a Do More Good Leader—curated from more than a decade of research with thousands of business leaders who have been recognized for building companies included on the “best places to work” lists published by Inc, Forbes, Fortune, Fast Company, Real Leaders, Harvard Review and others.
