The Foundry Community exists to support, educate, and develop the Nebraska purpose-driven community.
The Foundry Community seeks to empower and strengthen purpose-driven communities in Lincoln and Nebraska by providing space, services, and capacity. Our commitment is to fortify the foundations of our community. Through our internship program in collaboration with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Honors program and Base Camp Foundry with ServeNebraska, we provide crucial support to nonprofits, the public sector, and purpose-driven businesses. We deeply value our members and work hard to provide infrastructure support to set Lincoln-based nonprofits and purpose-driven businesses up for success. Our purpose allows small organizations to do what they do best - directly serve their important missions to add good to the world.
Founded in 2015 as a physical space to augment the services of the Nonprofit Hub, The Foundry has evolved over time to forge its own path to provide the best-in-class set of facilities and services for nonprofit and purpose-driven businesses.
Since 2021, we partnered with Bagels and Joe to bring Lincoln’s favorite bagels and coffee downtown. Through their extraordinary generosity, 10% of every dollar goes directly toward serving the Foundry Community’s mission.
