Central Nebraska Intern Foundry Coordinator Application

Position Summary: The IF (Intern Foundry) Recruitment Coordinator position (Fall 2026) is an internship leadership role that serves with the Central Nebraska Program Coordinator to lead the Intern Foundry (IF) student recruitment process for the purpose-driven talent development internship program.

To accomplish this important work, the IF Recruitment Coordinator will work for approximately 8 hours per week from mid-September through mid-December 2027 for a total of 16 weeks or up to 105 estimated hours (holiday weeks and breaks TBD).

The primary responsibility of the IF Recruitment Coordinator position, under the supervision of the Central Nebraska Program Coordinator and Executive Director of the Foundry, is to coordinate the student recruitment process of the talent development internship program with duties to include: social media marketing (connecting with UNK honors marketing), in-person tabling at key campus locations, aid in the selection and matching process, connect with UNK organizations to spread the word of the Foundry, training support, and any other duties related to recruitment as assigned. The Recruitment Coordinator will also be expected to communicate with other Foundry team members when needed.
