The Foundry Community provides more than just desks. It’s a safe, positive, supportive space to connect and succeed. Our building in downtown Lincoln is a thriving community of thought leaders in business, the public sector, and nonprofits, united by purpose and driven by impact.
From the beginning, we've believed that the most powerful spaces are built intentionally, designed to foster collaboration among mission-driven organizations. Our expansion reflects this core belief, and we want to continue to create meaningful opportunities for nonprofits to connect, share resources, and amplify their collective impact.
This expansion isn't simply about adding square footage. It's about strengthening the ecosystem of changemakers in Lincoln. We're creating additional space where nonprofits and purpose-driven businesses can find a professional home alongside fellow thought leaders who share their values and vision for community impact.
Thoughtfully designed by Schemmer Architects and with renovations already started, our expanded space will be ready to welcome new members by January 1, 2027. Here's what this intentional growth will bring to our community:
